My Autobiography

My versatility of subject matter ranges from impressionism, surreal fantasy, portraits, mermaids, fairies, dolphins, forests, seascapes and floral art, but my unique style remains recognizable.

With my painstaking fine brushstrokes and enchanting colours, a trademark of my remarkable style, you can see I hungrily lavish life around me and portray it in my pictures. I have an amazing eye for detail, something to appreciate and behold.

Through my art I aim to bring people closer to nature and become immersed in its magic.

I lived for many years in harsh conditions in the bush among the elements on a cliff of the south-west coast of Western Australia, where my character and ideas have evolved and developed. I have a passionate love for nature and life, and respect its power and awe - being a keen surfer (ex-state champion of WA).

I have experienced this power in its purest form. Painting is a release for my feelings and taste of this beautiful experience.

My work allows a glimpse of the magic that our busy world has forgotten to flow back into your life. I hope that my paintings inspire people’s appreciation and respect for nature, so they will desire its preservation. I hope it arouses your emotions and leaves a lasting impression.
